How It Started

B is a dynamic women’s fashion brand, based in the US. Bagavia prides themselves on offering their customers high quality contemporary fashion pieces in line with style demands and trends. With a commitment to quality and style Bagavia has rapidly expanded their product line, catering to diverse customer preferences and establishing a strong presence in the competitive fashion market, boasting over half a million followers on Instagram alone.

In the last three years of our partnership, Bagavia has seen incredible revenue growth, and gained massive exposure through the US market. Since beginning our partnership we have been able to significantly increase their NC-ROAS and revenue through the implementation of our acquisition and retention systems, as well as rigorous creative and hook testingiterations and development.

Goals accomplished!

Within the first 12 months of our partnership, Bagavia’s monthly revenue increased by over 733%, and their email marketing attributed revenue tripled in the same period. ROAS on Meta increased from 3.1x to 6.3x within year one, with a greatly increased monthly advertising spend. Our success with Bagavia can be attributed to the implementation of high-quality retention systems throughout email and SMS marketing, to support our proven acquisition strategy and creative testing throughout Meta and Google.

 

We began by working on core aspects of the email and SMS strategy to support the work throughout acquisition in ads. We started with high quality advanced automations that were highly personalised. These automations allowed us to deliver relevant content to their audience, enhancing engagement and driving conversions. We also implemented consistent hyper-segmented email and SMS campaigns. By targeting specific audience segments with tailored messages, we were able to maximise the effectiveness of each campaign, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Additionally, at the core of our strategy, our creative testing and structured approach on Meta and TikTok played a crucial role in Bagavia’s success. By continuously testing and refining creative content, we were able to identify the most effective strategies and scale ad spend efficiently.We utilised highly segmented PMAX and search campaigns in Google to target high-intent audiences. This approach ensured that our ads reached the right people at the right time, further boosting Bagavia’s revenue.

 

Overall, our strategic approach and dedication to personalised and segmented marketing have helped Bagavia achieve outstanding results. They’re an extremely fast growing women’s clothing brand, and there’s so much potential for further growth within the US, and international expansion!
